Measurement of laser induced fluorescence for argon plasma flow with oxygen injection

The experimental investigation of the effects O2 injection on magnetized Ar plasma flow in linear device was conducted by using measurement laser induced fluorescence (LIF) with electric probes. LIF based ion transition from 3d4F7/2 metastable level to 4p4D5/2 at a wavelength 668.61 nm. In addition, analysis velocity distribution functions (IVDFs) involved detection light emitted 4s4P3/2 level, which had 442.72 For comprehensive intricate interaction between and behavior flow, oxygen injected into plasma, O2/Ar ratio ranged 0% 14% while maintaining constant pressure 2 mTorr.
